TERMS: (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – NO EXCEPTIONS)
*Live arrival is guaranteed on all shipments if the following criteria are met:
***All Hand Delivered Packages
***USPS express mail must be within adequate temperature ranges; must be signed for on first delivery attempt.
*** FedEx or UPS overnight must be next day delivery; any problems must be reported within 1 hour of posted delivery time.
***Live arrival guarantee only valid in adequate shipping ranges (32°-89° overnight shipments, Express 2 day 38°-81°)
*Live arrival is not guaranteed on any shipment sent via USPS priority.
*Any DOA animals: A photo or body of DOA required.
*Seller is not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling resulting in DOA animals.
*Animals shipped appear healthy outwardly.
*We guarantee live arrival only.
*Amphibian Temperature Shipping ranges may be different, we will notify you if shipping needs to be delayed.
*Seller is not responsible for scratches, stings, bites or any injury inflicted upon any person or other animal by any of the animals we sell.
*Seller is not responsible for the transmission to any person or other animal of parasites, viruses or bacteria which may be harbored by any of the animals we sell.
*Buyer is responsible for Following Any Local, State or Federal Laws

Turtle/Tortoise Shipping:
Turtles and Tortoises typical rates would be $40-$60+,
We are currently offering flat $20 Express Shipping, any Size Order, any Size box!*

Heat Packs, Cold Packs and Styrofoam box included as needed, shipping may be postponed at our discretion if temperatures are not adequate for shipping.
